First You Receive – February 18, 2026
As a servant leader, you cannot give what you have not first received. To extend unconditional love to others, you must first accept it from God. To extend forgiveness, you must receive God’s forgiveness. To extend grace, you must experience God’s grace restoring and freeing you. Only then can you find yourself moving in the currents of God’s grace, love, and forgiveness. Take time to receive today, then freely give.
In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace that he lavished on us – Ephesians 1:7-8
Prayer: Lord, let the reality of Your redemption and forgiveness flood my soul. Let the riches of God’s grace overwhelm me. Let Your passion for all people come alive within me, and give me opportunities to pass on the hope I have found in You. Let my words and life reflect the depth of the work You are doing within me. In Your name I pray, Amen.
